Service Calls:  Due to increasing volume for our technicians we are now implementing these billable hours.  We will try and walk you through how to fix the problem over the phone, but if we have to come out and service technician plugs in laptop and it works and we will have to bill you $60 service call.  If it’s a router or wireless router desktop etc you will be billed a $60 service call and $60 every hour thereafter.  If it’s Greenway issue you will not be billed.  Greenway has been upgrading tower infrastructure to provide you quality service.  Thanks for your patience.
